The strawberry shortcake was delicious. However, the strawberries were not fresh as it seeped into the whipped cream icing. The... vanilla cake was nice and airy. Really nice place and delicious pastries and coffee.

Once you figure out what line you're supposed to be in for which counter, the experience is pretty good. I ordered a moka... praliné cake at we all enjoyed it. It was sweet without being overly so. I would go back to try some of the viennoiserie. Itwas pretty busy even during a time that Google said is usually not their busiest time, so that's always a good sign. It's notobvious from other reviews nor from their site, but they accept credit cards as well as debit. Read more

The customer service is excellent. Very friendly, however; the bread itself is just awful. It tasted of just gluten, extremely... chewy and not pleasent. I wish them best of luck. 5 star because the older lady who was there served me very kindly. Read more

Also, the almond croissant is far most the best in town because there is agenerous amount of almond flakes on top and the filling is beyond delicious and not too sweet. I've tried almond croissants atother bakeries and the filling inside is very limited compared to the one from Marie Pain. I also appreciated the lady whoserved me on that day when I had my two toddlers and wanted a slice of cake and the lady was very patient with us and also gaveus extra plates and utensils to enjoy and share the cake. We tried a lot of their pastries e.g. almond slice, croissants. Today we tried the pizza which was recommended by my friend.... They are delicious, filled us up. And this triple chocolate moose is so good!! It is sweet, but not overly sweet. Once a weektreat...worth it. Read more
