Ordered 2x the 10 piece chicken wings with fries and man what a let down. The wings felt like they were not fresh at all. Most... of the order went in the tradh just cause I wasn't able to finish it due to the taste being weird. Ordered it on Tuesday andended up having stomach issues until friday morning. First time I order and they take my order and 2 min after the girl calls me and says we have no delivery person so can u come... pick it up, I said I don't have a car so she's like ok let me see Never calls me back. I keep on calling no answer, I call headoffice and there like the delivery guy never showed up, I tell them thanks for letting me know and cancel my order because I'vebeen waiting for 146 min and u guys have no decency to let us know that there is a problem 1st and last time I order there ???? I got an email that Skip the Dishes was giving me a $5 credit. So, we decided to try Buffalo Bills Wings. What an incredible... disappointment! Instructions not followed. Items missing. Wrong item. Delivery instructions not followed. And more. First, askedfor the sauces to be on the side (but they mixed the wings and sauces all together). Secondly, I asked for crispy wings. I didnot get those. Thirdly, I asked for utensils, napkins, ketchup, vinegar, etc. none were left. Fourth, I did not expecteverything to be mixed all together (but the fries and wings were). Fifth, the delivery person took longer to arrive and he didnot ring my doorbell. He also smell like he spilled a bottle of cheap perfume on him. I finally asked for a refund and got a$2.30 back in Skip the dishes credits. WTH, they refunded me 5 French fries. I will never order from Buffalo Bill Wings andwill prefer to use the other delivery apps (DoorDash or UberEats). Read more

Decent food but if you order on Doordash they will take their sweet time and the order will take way longer then it should.

This whole thing seems like a scam to me. I ordered food and it never came. I called the restaurant and the person who answered... forwarded me to the location I ordered from twice that location didn?t answer. I then proceeded to write an email. That didn?tgo trough and I was sent a message saying that the email in question wasn?t receiving mail. The texts message that was sent tome to confirm my order had a different area code and sent me a different number to call for additional information. That numberwasn?t operating trough texts. I didn?t get a refund nor did they send me my food. I would hope someone sees this and gets me mymoney back. Read more

The people working there are always very cordial and polite! Once they got my order wrong and without question gave me what I... needed. Their delivery workers are professional and diligent. I love their Monday deals and sometimes crave their wings! Goodspot for some unhealthy tasty food! Read more
