I don?t eat beef but my husband was really craving a hamburger so this spot was perfect! I ordered the cheeseburger and he got... the fiancé burger. Note that I am not vegan nor vegetarian, but I found the food very good! I had the Fiancé Burger and my friend had the chicken... nuggets which were mushroom based. It looks like chicken when you bite into it but the texture is totally different. It was veryvery good! We also go a serving if large waffle fries fries to share, they were crispy and great. This might just be my new favorite restaurant. No joke. My first time here and I was blown away by the deliciousness of the... food. I got the super 13 salad that was so good, cauliflower bites, amazing, and the brownie, out of this world. I also had abite of my fiancée?s Fiancé Burger (haha) and I was envious! We also split the waffle fries, and you just can?t go wrong withfried potatoes. But please please please hire more servers! My favourite vegan burger place. I particularly love their Pulled \"Pork\" burger. Their Kimchi fries are also delicious... ????\n\nI?m always satisfied when I order from them. Only this time around, a little bit disappointed about the service and theorder. As seen on the picture, the Fried Chick-en? Sandwich looked like it was made in haste. Their vegan mayo is very good andis spread around the bun evenly, but this time it was just a blob.\n\nAlso we called 30-40 minutes before picking up the orderand it still wasn?t ready when we arrived and had to wait an extra 15 minutes. We?ve only ordered take out with them and thathas not happened before so not sure what was the issue this time especially when there was only 2 people in the restaurant. Fully plant based restaurant with a very cute atmosphere close to the old town and the service was great. The ?side? kimchi... fries were a meal in itself. The pulled pork is highly recommended as well. They serve alcohol and specialty cocktails so agreat place to go for a drinks and appetizer, or get an oat milkshake! Read more
Perfect vegan burger joint near Old Montreal. Wide variety of options and a monthly special that makes coming here frequently... very enticing. Pictured is the monthly special ?I don?t give a duck? and it was an amazing pulled pork style burger that wassweet yet tangy. The waffle fries are a 10/10, so much so that I ate them prior to the burger. Didn?t rate the place 5 ?? onlybecause I found the food to be too salty and the sauce on my burger was too overwhelming, although I wouldn?t let that deter youfrom trying! Read more
My friend and I decided to try this vegan eatery after an event. Although we both are not vegans, we wanted to try something new... and different and this was different. We both ordered veggie burgers and a couple of drinks. The ?veggie burger? itself doesn?thold well like a meat does so it?s a little ?mushy?.
