Absolutely terrible. Customer service is plain bad. Closes at 9:30PM when time indicated is 11PM. Closes doors, does not let... people throw away trash, yells at people standing in the area. Wipes floors when customers are still inside. 25+ minutes toreceive order. Read more

Been here a couple of times. Terrible quality and extreme wait times. This downtown location is understaffed. There's literally... just one person packing the food on even a Friday eve. You kidding me? I really feel sad for her and it's painful to see herwork tirelessly. The food is not at all warm. Fries and even the burger as it takes a a lot of time to get it to you. They evengot my order wrong and replaced the o. rings with fries. The coke machine doesn't spit out ice cubes and the place is dirty ashell. I mean everything here is ruined. Never going back. I would say the women working on November 28 around 4.20 pm evening taking order she super good and friendly despite that she is... being old she should be deserving more.
