Pretty good, but I wish they'd focus on being quick (by nature of the location, every customer is trying to get on a train in 4... or 8 minutes). It seems really inefficient that the cashier has to stop taking orders to make breakfast sandwhiches. Read more

Wonderful staff & good coffee. The staff I dealt with is Azram. She is very pleasant and took the time to explain to me the... types of coffees they have and told me she can make me any type of coffee the way I like it. To be honest I didn't feel likehaving a coffee. I just stopped to check it out for next tome as I always pass by since Lionel Groulx is my metro station. Butbecause she was so pleasant and patient in dealing with me, I decided to get a Latte. Azram and I ended up having a good chatabout various things but she was quick to notice customers if they came in and to tend to them. This to me is an example of agreat customer service. Highly recommend 100% fantastic. I always walked passed this cafe, on my way to work, and back home. Never wanted to stop,... because the metros convenience stores and cafes are usually over priced. To my amazement, there was a very kind lady at thetill. I grabbed my selection, and ordered my drink. Surprisingly it was way cheaper than I expected, and it tasted better thanany other cafes in the metro or around the city. I highly recommend. Read more

Great shop however there's a French employee with bushy dark hair who works Sunday nights and refuses to make espresso past 6pm,... claiming always that he just cleaned the machine and it's off for the night. The rest of the staff is stellar but when he isworking, I get my service at Starbucks, they never turn me away. Read more

This place is perfectly set up to get a quick coffee during a metro change, you can get a cup in under a minute in/out and still... make the change when you need a pick me up. Good snack selection too, but don't expect a fancy cafe experience here Read more
