Worst service and quality ever!! Ordered 30% sugar level and came out regular sugar. One small sip gives me sugar rush. I asked... them to make a new one. They discussed in Mandarin Chinese (which I understand, unfortunately for them) to just pour a thinlayer of milktea out and replace with some other liquid. Came back still taste like 80%+ sugar!! One girl lied to my face sayingthat she measured the sugar to 30% - you literally lied to my face!! No ethics for these young girls! I hope life teaches them alesson on ethics soon. Then they realized I can understood Mandarin and they took the drink back, started whispering to eachother and kneed down to hide behind the counter and did something I cannot see. Then returned me the drink. It?s still horriblysweet and cold now (ordered a hot drink). Don?t know why they can?t just admit the mistake and make a new one. Seriously! Bought 3 bubble teas and wasn't given a bag or cup holders. Unfortunately dropped 2 accidentally while walking to the car 30... seconds later and went back to ask if they can replace in which they refused. Told them that because there was no bag it slippedaccidentally and just got a response that I should have asked for a bag in the first place which they should have offered first.I cannot believe how bad the customer service is for something that almost cost them nothing to make. This is unfortunately the most dilapidated Chatime location that I?ve been to. It seems that recently ZenQ left half of the... shop empty and in need of renovation. What is remaining is a barely decorated interior and a poor shack exterior. I ordered thepopular roasted milk tea with herbal jelly (L). It was a fairly simple drink and didn?t take long to prepare. Strangely, askingfor no ice costs extra, and 25% ice was literally 25% of the cup filled with ice. There was no branding on cup, but rather thesame all black as the shack! Read more
