Conveniently placed, near Atwater metro. When the Desjardins facilities are closed, you can still access the guichet for... deposits and withdrawals. They have upgraded their apparels and we don't need any envelopes anymore. Usually not crowded. Read more

I had to deal with the rudest person I've ever met in a bank at this place yesterday. Her customer service was terrible, she... interrupted me many times, talked over me, ignored me and didn't even say bye, when I left. I don't expect her to be super happyand smiley but she looked like she was angry that I was there. I've had other not great experiences here but yesterdays pushedme to write this review. When was the last time you went to a financial institution and the employee showed you around, didn't push any in-house... products, offered a cup of coffee and sincerely inquire about your financial goals?
