I had to deal with the rudest person I've ever met in a bank at this place yesterday. Her customer service was terrible, she... interrupted me many times, talked over me, ignored me and didn't even say bye, when I left. I don't expect her to be super happyand smiley but she looked like she was angry that I was there. I've had other not great experiences here but yesterdays pushedme to write this review. When was the last time you went to a financial institution and the employee showed you around, didn't push any in-house... products, offered a cup of coffee and sincerely inquire about your financial goals? Great folks. They don't have tellers, yet they always manage to find solutions to take care of day to day transactions. They are... more specialized in financial planning though: house purchase, putting money aside, etc. I cannot recommend them more. Also,beautiful setting and impressive client experience. Read more

CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS AND GO TO ANOTHER BANK!!! Their staff is incredibly rude and far from helpful. They've managed to open the... wrong account for me (kind of hard when you're a student considering there's just the one) and charged me for account fees. Idoubt I'll even get the promotions they've promised for that account which I asked multiple times to be sure. The woman thereshooed me away and told me she couldn't help me and told me to go to another branch that wasn't even open at that time. If youdon't want to work, just straight up admit it, you slacker, instead of giving customers attitude. Read more
