I ordered online for pickup @ ~17h45 (pickup time of 18h30). I arrived on time, but there was a line so waited another 10... minutes before I could ask for my order. I was informed it was not ready because they were busy and only got it at 19h00. I canunderstand a place being busy, but the fact that the people ahead of me ordered at the counter, and got their food before me,leads me to believe that they only started working on it once I got there to pick it up. When I got home, several things werewrong with the order (2 regular burger w/ fries & salad, 2 kids burgers w/ fries & juice). - one of the regular burger wasover-cooked/burned - salad was missing - I requested ketchup/mayo/lettuce for the kids' burgers, but they made them all-dressed(onions, mustard, relish etc.), so I had to scrape everything off and re-prepare the burgers - the fries were charred - thejuice for the kids' meals were missing - the 'american' sauces were bland (which is surprising since it usually requiresfollowing a specific recipe) So, to recap, the meal was 30 minutes late after pre-ordering online, instructions not followed,disappointing food, and missing items. Oh, I even pre-tipped for this service I received. I reached out to their online commentsection on their website to see if they would try and make it right prior to posting a negative review. MY reason for giving 3 stars is the Poutine. It was very disappointing. There was hardly any cheese in my poutine and the chunks... I did have were small. It felt like they had reached the bottom of the bag and were giving me the crumbs. I pointed out to thewaitress that there wasn't a lot of cheese on my poutine and she said it was the normal amount that they always put... So, ifthat is the normal amount of cheese they put, in my opinion they are cheap. I will not go there again for a poutine. Read more
Get your burger somewhere else. We ordered here a few days ago: 1) They forgot to put ingredients on my burger (I paid for... extras, wasted my money). 2) They forgot to give us any sauces for our fries. 3) Our burgers had dry meat and hard bread (it alltasted over-microwaved, like a gas station microwave burger). 4) the order took 3 times longer than expected (almost 1hr), whichwould have been fine if the food was worth it. 5) I've tried to contact them about this but received no reply. Decent food, been a client for a few years. But lately, just bought some fries to go. I ordered a family format because we... were three people dinning at home. Paid almost 9$ (8.91$ to be precise). They gave me a big brown bag, I thought all wasgood... Arrived home to hungry kids, open up the bag... All that was inside was their "big" size fries cone. So, was ate,had just a few fries each and gone back to the restaurant. Asked the girl at the counter: 9$ for fries this size? (Showingher the empty cone). We ordered a family size, what happened? The answer I got: We don't really have family size fires sir. So our "big" size and "family" size is the same. So, in the end, we paid 9$ for about 10-15 fries each. They're good friesindeed, but REALLY not worth the 9$! They won't be seeing me again, sorry. Read more
Why all fries in Montreal all like this I will never understand. They are authentic and delicious. The burger patty was a bit... iffy so next time I'll pay the extra 3$ for the better beef next time. Very friendly staff. Read more
Great poutine. Sadly bacon was overly roasted... other than that dinner was really good!
