Excellent poutine !!! Service was greater and our waiter was really cute

I'm not a fan of French fries in general but while in Montreal for the first time, I had to experience poutine. Frite Alors has... a Petite Poutine on the menu so I decided to give it a try. I can't say that I'd order it again since I'm not a fan of Frenchfries, but I'm glad I tried the regional dish. My server was great and I enjoyed the Latin Quarter neighborhood too. Read more

Food was good and service was good. The cocktail I ordered was a bit deceiving, as it was a bit expensive for it.

Food and service here were great! Stopped here for a quick bite to share before a concert and the pulled pork sandwich and mini... poutine were just the right size! Both were delicious and surprisingly not too heavy (usually both pulled pork and poutine arevery dense and sometimes too rich) and our server was very nice and quick! Read more

We came here since we heard that the food was pretty good. Guess we will never know. When we arrived, we had to go and look for... the hostess all over the restaurant, as the staff was no where to be found. When we finally sat down, we waited for our waitressto at least bring us water and take a drink order while we checked the menu. After about 20 mins of waiting, we decided to walkout. No one ever came to take our order. I also noted that during those 20 mins, others kept complaining that the waitress wasnowhere to be found. Our first stop in Montreal and we are impressed. The poutine is so good.

The place was really great before the pandemic, we visited this summer and it has gone down dramatically Prices and up and... quality is down. Poutine is basically soaked in oil fries and a bit of cheese for 11 $ no thank you The other stuff in the menuare petit portions and not presentable at all. We actually paid 50$ for 2 and not satisfied at all. We love st Denis and wealways come to the area. I will choose another place for the poutine next time. Read more
