My husband just visited Harvey's and he's very disappointed in the way he was served. Cashier was mute and nodding her head... until she finally said a word to realise she had her ear pods in her ears and talking to a friend on her personal phone. Then hemoves to the condiments counter to realize that employee also is talking to a friend on her phone with the pods in her ear. Heordered 4 trios and she placed 1 order of fries in the bag. My husband said I ordered 4 trios I'm missing stuff shes then spokeand answered him oh what was it you ordered. After telling her she then said okay here have a good day but yet no drinks weregiven. He said the drinks she told him they are self serve. He said I still need cups to self serve myself. At the drink stationeverything was empty or not working. I think we might have to X Harveys like a few other places in the area. Read more

Honestly really disappointed Had a coupon and was pretty excited but big flop Burgers were lukewarm and dry The sides....... Pathetic 6 stone cold onion rings. I dont recommend this place other spots at this price point do a MUCH betterjob FURTHERMORE Harvey's pretty much pretended to reach out to "rectify" the situation They claimed that a representativewould call me about this bad experience and well.... For the new year, we decided to give Harvey's a try for our evening, as they have a deal on their burgers ( 2 for 7$), we were... eager to have their burgers. We weren't so if the store would be open so we checked maps and noticed it was. We passed the orderthrough the application and it went through. Although, when we arrived at the location to our surprise the restaurant was close.It was very unfortunate, long short story. We had a compensation for what happened and we were happy. Read more
