I'm a big fan of Hero Burgers, but this was my first (and last) order from this location. The burgers tasted nothing like the... other locations... they had a hot dog-esque texture. More filling than beef. Maybe they changed their beef formula. Honestlythe worst burgers I've had all my life. Shame I used to enjoy Hero's... hopefully it is just this bad location and not the wholechain where the change has been made. Read more
WARNING!!! This location does NOT use standard Hero Burger Patties. They use the cheap PC frozen grocery store Patties. I know... because I use the same at home and the taste is unmistakable. It is definitely the PC patty and not the one at other Hero BurgerLocations. The onion rings are listed to be $.50 more than the fries but I was charged a $1. That's fine, but make it clear onthe menu... deceptive for sure. I didn't bring it up. 1 combo with onion rings and Pepsi (can, the fountain was not working)came out to $20.52... not worth it at this price. Many better options available. Edit: wow, cannot believe the AUDACITY of thereply. Corporate needs to do an audit of this location. The beef patties are clearly not the ones used at all other Herolocations. Read more

Tried Spicy Jalapeno Crispy Chicken Burger trio for an afternoon lunch. The taste was really good with well cooked chicken. The... size of the burger is big and you won?t feel hungry after eating it. Hands down one of the best burgers I've had in Montreal! I'm surprised not many people know about this place. The bun was so... soft, the chicken was tender & juicy, the sweet potato fries with the Chipotle sauce were unreal, 100% go there, you won'tregret it! Read more
