My wife and I booked directly through the hotel and was was given a special rate that included valet parking and breakfast.... However, when we arrived the offer was not noted. After several phone calls it was resolved. This process could have beenbetter. The valet service was great. It was fast and the people were friendly and accommodating. The room was small but nice andclean. We were a little concerned that there is no top bed sheet. I still don?t get that! The TV connection to the internet waspoor and there was a constant delay so sounds never match the picture. The food at the bar/ restaurant was great. We orderedsteak and drinks. It felt a little like eating in a lobby but service was great. Breakfast the next day was good. We had troubleapplying the special offer but again, after a few phone calls the front desk person resolved the issue. We found the location tobe good for visiting Old Montreal and for shopping on St Catherine?s Street. I would visit again but I would ask for bettercommunication/ confirmation of special offers via email before arriving at the hotel. Read more

Hotel is very nice so far but restaurant and bar needs some work. Ordered a glass of wine from their wine list and was told not... available yet staring at the bottle on the shelf. Guess they didn?t want to open another one?had to settle for a lesserbrand?.shame. Same for the martini. Hope you like a lemon twist since not an olive to be seen. So needs some work but the roomsare nice and yes check in is easy and good location. Suggesting drinking and eating at other places. Read more

This is a minimalist Hotel with self check-in. The rooms are on the smaller side and I found it odd that my bed only had a... bottom sheet and a duvet, no top sheet. There is no mini bar or vending machines for snacks and drinks so if you don't want tocall room service you have to walk about 4 blocks to the closest convenience store. That said the rooms were clean and nicelyappointed and the little staff I interacted with were very helpful. Read more

Had a great stay at Hotel Monville. We had a corner room and the view was nice. The room size was good for two people and bed... and pillows were comfortable. Even though the hotel was at capacity, we didn't hear anything outside our doors. Breakfast wasincluded in our stay - it was as good as a hotel buffet breakfast can be and there was a wide selection of hot food. The valetfolks were very friendly and quick to retrieve our car in the morning - they also helped with the "self" check-in and check-out.I'd stay here again! Read more

Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable with quality bedding. We... did ask for firmer pillows which they seemed happy to accommodate. The staff in charge of room service did an excellentjob. The room offered a beautiful view of the city and the hotel felt centrally located for our needs during a 10 day stay thathad us exploring Montreal in every direction. It was also one of the quietest stays we've had, which was so appreciated afterbusy days in a noisy city. Although we're grateful to not needed to use it, we appreciated the flexible cancelation policyduring these unpredictable travel times. Also, LOVED seeing how dog friendly they were! Max at the bar was fantastic andoffered helpful suggestions when discussing area attractions. The only things we'd suggest improving are our ice maker did notwork after the first day or so and the center elevator doors jammed up on us on multiple occasions, a few times not resolvingafter multiple attempts (which we did bring to the staffs attention). We plan to stay here again next time we're visiting! Read more

Stayed in Deluxe Suite. Good location, and friendly staffs. Checking in and out process are very smooth thanks to their... system. Room itself was good (arrangement, furniture, size, toilet, washer, 2 TVs, nestle coffees, sofa, chair). However, theroom was somewhat dusty and the cups were not clean (-1 star). The worst part of the thermostat ( -1 Star) The thermostat doesnot have on/off switch, and AC/Heater constantly turns on and off. It's most likely due to the temperature sensor not being ableto measure its surrounding temperature accurately. AC turning on and off woke me up multiple times at night. Gym is great. Muchbetter than other hotels as they have heavier dumbbells and more sturdy machines. Cannot comment on the food as I did not haveany food at the hotel. They will keep your luggage for you before and after check out for your convenience which isgreat. Icemaker worked on the first day and did not produce any ice onwards (stayed 5 nights). I assume this could be just myfloor issue. If you are looking for a place close to Old/New Montreal and China town, this hotel is one for you. If you aresensitive at night then you may feel the same about the thermostat. Read more

Great stay- great location and nice staff. Very helpful. Rooms are perfect size- amazing look and feel. Loved the bathrooms and... the robes. Not a four star hotel, it?s a 3.5 at best. Little disappointed in that regard. But I?d highly recommend for a shortbusiness trip or a fun three days with a friend or partner. Not a honeymoon worthy hotel. Read more
