This restaurant pushes the boundaries of creativity to the next level. The extra effort in each dish is carefully crafted with... intention and elegance. It seems like so many ingredients when the plate is presented, but they all work harmoniously togetherto give an impactful flavor that feels familiar yet totally unfamiliar at the same time. Deserves 6 stars. Inventive, delicious, and beautifully executed. Service was exceptional. Worth going out of your way to come... here. It’s a 7 course tasting, plus when we went a seeded role with herbed butter that was so good I wouldn’t have beenupset if it counted as a course. My partner had the wine pairings, a few of which she loved, and it’s good value for the$—as is the restaurant overall, it’s shockingly good for the $. I tried a couple mocktails, one of which was beautiful, theother very good. Four of the courses were jaw dropping for their creative, delicious, perfection. We enjoyed the good service, out of the ordinary wine pairing and dishes that felt prepared by someone with a love of food, a... sense of adventure and a passion for fresh ingredients and how they can be combined together to enhance your culinaryexperience. The experience was a 7-course meal with wine pairing at the end of spring. Menu changes a few times a year, so wewill definitely come back.
