Where do I even begin? Staff was really nice. However, the food was horrible. The glasses that we were given appeared dirty; you... could see lip stains on one of the glasses. I ordered the avocado toast with egg, onion and tomato ($12) and I could literallymake this at home. The plate looked so big and I was served 1 slice of toast lol with guacamole that i know they just boughtfrom the store, NOT avocado! Overall the presentation was not it. My friend ordered the classic breakfast with scrambled eggs,she was given sunny side eggs; we had to return the plate. Definitely do not recommend going there. I read the reviews here before I went, and gave them benefit of the doubt. The reviews regarding bad, slow service is so true!!!... We waited so long just to place our order. Once order placed we literally waited over and hour just for our ‘deluxe’ mealand 1 crepe to come out. The deluxe was missing all the meat items except sausage (which was hot dogs), pastrami and baconwasn’t included, Oh also the coffee never came that was included with this meal. The crepe was cold, it had been sitting therefor god knows how long. It was such a horrible experience! At least 8 people walked out while we were there. Too bad we hadalready placed our order and couldn’t walk out. Whoever the owner/management is, you really need to read these reviews and puta fix to the business. Read more
I understand that there is a staff shortage in Canada, but we came here last year and our experience was great, however this... time around was a completely different service. We sat down and I asked the male server if I needed to order at the counter orif we order at the table, and was told to have a seat and we would be helped. 15 minutes later we were brought menus. Finallyafter getting the female servers attention we placed our order. 3 crepes, 2 orange juice and a coffee. It took half an hour (Iwatched the clock) for the orange juice and coffee to come out. The female server had time to eat for herself yet it took 45minutes for our food to come out, and 2/3 orders came out incorrect, and the other had no flavour to it. Also the glass on thetable was cracked and my dad cut his hand on the corner of the table. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper and soap as well andwhen we reported that, we got told they would deal with it later. A couple who sat before us had the wrong eggs brought out andfinished their meal by the time the correct eggs had even begun to be made. I brought my parents here after my great experiencelast year, but wow, probably the worst service I've had in years. Terrible experience. Restaurant not busy. The male server took our order then came back 20 minutes later to take our order... again. A table of 5 sat behind us after us and got their order before us. (They actually put one of the plates from the table of5 infront of me before I told them no it's for them behind me). My boyfriend and I ordered the deluxe breakfast scrambled eggsand NO beans. We finally get our breakfast and it's barely sunny side up with beans and MOLDY Fruit. Sausage was hotdogs? I willnever recommend this resturant to anyone. No access to the bathroom because they "didn't have the keys" to open the door. Food took a long time to come out despite us... just being the only people in the restaurant. Plates all brought to our table of 4 at different times so we were awkwardlyeating and finishing our meals all at different times. One of my friends got a crepe with sun dried tomatoes that were inediblebecause they were not prepared properly. Waitress was rude and when she brought the dishes over (one at time) she couldn't eventell us which crepes they were. Don't waste your money or time here. Read more
I've ordered a crepe with bechamel sauce but now I have a crepe with an unknown red sauce. I suspect it has a hint of chili so I... can't eat it. I called them but they didn't pick up the phone. Read more
I used to to to Une Crepe? everytime I was in Montreal. I was delighted to find that the restaurant is still in business, under... new ownership and a slightly different locations. They definitely kept the same recipes. Their crepes are delicious, whateveryou choose, you will have a feast! They have a very large variety for sweet or savory. The service is super fast, and theircoffees do not disappoint, as always. It's always a pleasure and it is my go to for a crepe place in Montreal. Read more
