After reading all of the comments, seeing that it is highly rated, I decided to give this place a try. I was expecting... something good. Ordered 2 Cubano sandwich combos, paid, found out after a 25-minute wait that there were no more fries (onlyenough for one combo), took a chicken soup for the other combo. The sandwich bread was fresh and crusty, inside there was a fewshredded pieces of chicken and one slice of ham (cold cut) nothing to write home about, fries was a bottom of a brown bag, thesoup...tasted like a diluted BBQ sauce filled with shredded chicken. Food took an hour to take out. Tasted good until we realized there were at least 6 bugs in the rice , then i wanted to pass... away. Won't be going back. Would rather wait to go to actual Cuba. Read more
I do not recommend this place, the food is inexpensive but mediocre. Furthermore, during the COVID-19 situation there are major... health safety concerns. The waiting staff were not wearing masks, also there were easily over 10 people gathered inside thisreally tiny place, and last but not least physical distance of 2 meters was not observed. To top off all of the above mentioned,at some point one of the restaurants patrons came over to our table to talk to us, not wearing a mask, and we could tell the guyhad a few too many drinks. Came into this restaurant with a very large group of people for brunch on Sunday. It was a chosen spot by a friend who is... familiar to this type of cuisine. It was my first time having real Colombian food and I was pleasantly surprised by how good itwas. This whole vibe of the establishment is family oriented and very welcoming. It feels like you?re in their kitchen and Imean that in a good way. From the the time we all entered, the kind hearted gentleman began arranging the tables to accommodatemy group. We all loved his style of serving because we have never seen anyone go to great lengths to make sure we were all takencare of and he was top notch in making sure we all got whatever it was we ordered. (Even if it meant him leaving the storebriefly to go get it.)Only reason I am giving four stars is because of the wait time. But it was expected with the size of groupwe had, we were just all so hungry and partied out from our night before. Thanks guys and looking forward to trying more foodnext time! Read more
