I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant. I found a piece of hair sticking in the kebab and upon... complaining the rudest employee had the audacity to say that ?they didn?t put it intentionally, things like that happen?. Maybeit happens a lot at their restaurant and that?s why she hardly cared and also misbehaved without apologizing. She lashed back atme and when reminded to mind her tone she turned her back and walked away. I have been coming to this restaurant because i likethe taste of their food; however, i have never had a worst dining and customer service experience in my whole life. Not onlythey dont care about the hygiene and safety of their food, they are also not apologetic and think it is normal to have hair infood. This rude employee wasn?t wearing a kitchen cap and was continuously taking orders at the cash counter and entering thekitchen with her hair untied. Food is ok but the service is horrible. We arrived and ordered 4 meals and then an appetizer. We sat and waited for our food... only to find out they forgot my meal. My wife spoke to the cashier and the cashier argued that I had switched my main meal foran appetizer. She told her that in fact the appetizer was not my meal and that we needed to order it asap as we are travelingand needed to hurry along. The food came and I asked for an other piece of bread as it was very small. She told me I had to payextra after making me wait 15 minutes and arguing with my wife about an obvious mistake she made and after we tiped her $15 forserving ourselves and waiting longer than we should have because of the hostesses incompetence. Also considering that I tiped,when the food was ready I happened to be at the washroom with my son and my wife was waiting with our special needs daughter.Instead of helping her bring the plates and drinks to the table she just stared at her making multiple trips to and from thetable. Really liked this place and since I was eating only vegetarian food that day it had a great variety. Was a perfect blend of... spices. Loved my all vegetables dumpling and I cannot wait to try chicken and lamb on the menu. It is right outside Cote-Vertumetro :) Read more

I used to come to this restaurant was very good but today omg can?t write everything here. Super poor service, naan they are... buying from market and giving you, lentils $3.95 plus tax and you get one eating spoon unbelievable like a sauce. They thinkpeople are crazy who doesn?t know lentils. 1.We were 9 person.. they didn't want to accommodate tables. The guy said he can't move them because it will broke '' i already... have two broken'' as if it was my fault. 2. Food did not taste good at all 3. Food was served in to go boxes .. The lamb chops were not good at all. Very chewy obviously frozen for a while before. Plus each extra piece is like a ridiculous... price and they told me they had no sauces at all but the people ordered after me got sauces somehow.
