2nd time I visited Old Montreal, we had to come back to L?Amour du Pain. As an American, I always have to ask for sweet... chocolate. My wife and I had light and dark chocolate mochas. There was a raspberry and chocolate item as well as a chocolatechip danish type thing which was awesome. We are going to go back and grab some bread before we go back to the states. Is thateven legal? Lol Read more

Beautiful location, small and cozy for a morning croissant! Good price and great quality. Coffee is nowhere as good as the... bread, but definitely worth visiting if you?re in Montreal! Read more

Wonderful patisserie located in a trendy houseplant & home decor shop. 4 tables available in this very pretty space, but be... aware that the chairs are not very comfortable. The chocolate Chocolate croissant was buttery & light with a touch ofchocolate. The almond croissant had a dusting of powdered sugar, was cut in half, & the inside was slathered in a deliciouslysweet almond paste. The young person working the counter was very friendly & helpful. I also had a very good, strong, largeCappuccino with an extra shot of espresso (3 shots total) that was perhaps my favorite of my trip. Read more

The hot chocolate here is amazing. The croissants are quite good. There is a park across the street with a bit of seating for... the warmer months, as there is only a small amount of seating provided by the cafe, inside or outside. Read more

My wife and I visited the bakery while on an anniversary weekend in Montreal. This was highly recommended by a local who clearly... knew what he was talking about. It?s located off the main touristy section, still in beautiful Old Montreal and shares the storewith what appears to be an art studio. The food is outstanding and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended! Read more

The shop is awesome, the bakery not so great. Coffee doesn't taste good, Croissants and Baguette neither. But for shopping... interior design- great. Read more
