Spices are balanced, the menu selection is modest yet accessible for all... tastes and most importantly (for Indian food) plates are vibrant and not homogeneously buttery or orange-coloured like manyIndian Restaurants. Probably the best restaurant I?ve visited in Montreal, gave me a bit of feeling of Mumbai, i loved the way they took the details... into consideration. Everyone is really polite and friendly so it feels good. I love the pav bhaji though, I couldn?t find anyother spot in Montreal where they make such pav bhaji but definitely these guys didnt reduce the spices like other Indianrestaurants (which is something i liked ) it gives satisfaction when eating here. Tea was really good and i liked the concepthow they took the idea from Mumbai. Met the guy there and he explained us well and its interesting to know about them.Definitely worth a visit. I love this place! BUT their new menu redesign has ruined a few things and I can?t believe I have to give this place a low... rating. The food is amazing as usual, however their menu now FORCES you to get rice with ?chilli paneer?. There is no option toget it without. I understand inflation is high, but forcing customers to get things they do not want and pay for it is not theright way :) Read more

I ordered from here after hearing good things from a Mumbai friend. So I ordered their Vada Pav and Paneer Chilly. If you want... authentic, mouth watering, earth shattering, gobsmacking, finger-licking, volcano stirring, typhoon crunching, Godsend,delicious, ambroisa-like Indian food, then this is the place to go. Pretty good! Small menu here, but very concise and each item is tasty. They have a different thali every month based on what is... in season. Loved it. The meat one and veggie one is mostly the same except one curry. Big portions. Was very satisfied.
