I went there with my friend and we ordered the same smoothie. person making smoothie dint know how to measure ingredients... properly and to make up for the less quantity she added more water to it and even after that when glasses were not full we tooka spoon moved the smoothie from one glass to another. in the end it was just ice with water. Great store! The staff is extremely friendly and, contrary to a past comment, the store offers compostable straws and... compostable sleeves! You can also bring your own cup (gym shaker, Mason Jar) and they will be super please! I do not believethere is a better alternative to plastic cups - they are recyclable once you rinse them. Waxed cardboard cups (like the cups atMcDonalds and coffee cups) are not recyclable, contrary to plastic-only cups - due to have two different materials being stucktogether. I often get served by one of the store managers, a very professional and bright young woman. She is very personable, remembers... my order from my previous visit, and is simply amazing. My smoothies always taste amazing when she makes them. I have not seenher in a while. Today I got served by someone else, and it's incredible what a difference personnel makes. I suppose the storemanager set the bar pretty high and it may not be fair to expect everyone else to reach her level. On the bright side, most oftime, the right people are there to provide the usual awesome service. Read more
The place looks neat, the staff friendly, but the "smoothie" I got was awful! It tasted like flower dirt mixed with some water,... and had no taste whatsoever. I almost threw up when I took a sip. Disgusting, totally undrinkable! Read more
