Absolutely perfect breakfast place? bar none, honestly. Incredibly wide-ranging menu, with a portion size suitable for a... lumberjack and definitely worth sharing. Conveniently located immediately proximal to Autoroute 40 (and on our way home), withplenty of available street parking and fast, friendly, knowledgeable bilingual service and prompt seating (as soon as we walkedin), L?Oeufrier (Villeray) was truly one of the highlights to our visit. Our party of three selected a choice of noisette bananacrepe and breakfast poutine, and it blew us away - the poutine (no French fries, but rather thinly sliced roasted potatoes)with hollandaise, flavourful gravy, shallots, and fried eggs was some the best we?d had in Montréal, truly, while the crêpe -magnifique! The coffe was great too! The place was hopping when we arrived, but despite the busy-ness we were seated immediatelyand got our orders promptly, with a good deal of friendly, informative service as to the selections available. L'Oeufrier was a solid breakfast choice. They serve an enormous breakfast. The strawberry and Nutella crepe was very good. The... potatoes were seasoned beautifully. I wish there were additional hot beverage options but otherwise it was fantastic! Read more

Quaint breakfast spot and to be honest, amongst the nicest Ouefrier locations. Food was good and service was adequate. Only 2... downsides giving them a 4/5. 1. Staff can be seen hanging out in the back and on their phones. Took some time to get theirattention. 2. The meats on the plate were cooked well yet everything was luke-warm. Also, the toast came after the meal so theextra wait cooled off the eggs even more. A little more attention to temperature would really help. Still a good spot forbreakfast! Read more
