Reviews for Marché Italien Le Richmond in Montréal, QC
Very nice waiters, the food was cold for my sister's meal because she ate slowly, and they offered to heat it up and replace it... but we said it was fine and to not worry about it. Then at the end, they offered us some free cakes to make up for the food thatgot cold. Super nice people. Read more
The place and decor is great. The girls at the cash register are a disaster!!!! It's a pity that such a classy, beautiful place... doesn't pay attention to the staff they hire. The waiter that was on the lunch area was very good, attentive and professional. Read more
This is a fantastic restaurant for brunch/dinner (old Montreal) and purchasing fine foods and accessories. So much to look at,... so much to eat a very pleasant establishment, decorated beautifully with many plants and sunlight. I had a pain doré that putevery other french toast to absolute shame. Was a work of art and super duper delicious with creme fraiche and berries, toppedwith some maple syrup absolutely amazing!! Not too sweet either. Highly, highly recommend. Forget the pancakes, pain doré isthe new king!!, Read more
Nice atmosphere but not very gourmet or authentic. My kids (late teens and experienced with authentic Italian) had spaghetti,... wife and I had veal chops. Presentations was nice but quality, preparation, and taste were on the low end. I would stick to asalad and possibly pizza. Safer bets. Read more
The decorations are impressive and the beverages are creative.
Very nice and polite waitresses and cashiers! Calm jazz music in the background was a great touch to an already perfect vibe... ???????? 10/10 Read more
This is such a lovely little place. You can dine in, buy stuff from the bakery or the little shop. I made an impromptu decision... to eat here. Had the seafood pasta. The waitress told me it wouldn't be in its shell. When it came I realized she meant it wouldall be chopped up. While I didn't expect that it tasted good so no complaints. I ordered the dessert in the photo but it was allsoggy. When I told the waitress she comped my dessert. I asked for another dessert to go, and told her to pack anything shewanted and not tell me, I wanted it to be a surprise when I got home. Later that night I thought I should've gotten thechocolate mousse with raspberry. When I opened the box lo and behold it was the one! No photos because that one wasirresistible!!! I wish I knew the waitresses name. She did a fantastic job handling everything on her own that evening. Read more
Visited this place with a friend on the occasion of Montréal à Table. Marché Richmond has fairly chic decor and ambience.... Service was attentive and food was simple and had a decent taste. Fish carpaccio was just drizzled with some olive oil and was abit bland. The veal cheek tubetti was more flavourful and with the right amount of saltiness. I really enjoyed it. The Montréalà table menu offered a good quantity of food with reasonable pricing. Read more
