7:40 am drive through and Resturant still closed.Worst McDonald?s on the island, avoid at all costs.
Says 24hr but at the time they wish to serve you, door was simply locked and employees didn?t give a single care to come say hi... ?were opening at ?? or anything else. They just stare you down, this is a shame to the line of McDonald at this point just closethe place for good. I can see this fast food isn?t getting any better over time! Read more
Only because I can?t actually put less than a one star review, I give one star. Saturday August 27th at 5:05pm, I spend 30... minutes inside the restaurant waiting for my order,ONLY CLINET INSIDE, which had been sitting on the heat bin for 20 minutes.Trying to speak to someone about getting my order (about 10 people behind the counter), and finally am able to flag someonedown, who I come to find out is the MANAGER on shift, tell me she doesn?t have time to deal with me and I have to wait, onmultiple occasions before I can even get a word in. All the while watching her yell and mistreat her staff on the floor, who allseem panicked and nervous around her. I finally get my cold order after all this time, and still I was missing things in mybag! I cannot understand who would put such a woman in charge of anyone, and expect to have a team of competent and happyemployees who would actually care about customer service. There was a time when this particular McDonalds would disappoint ? incredibly long wait times, sub-par food preparation, rude... employees etc... The same can?t be said about the current state of this restaurant. The staff works incredibly hard, and theeffort resonates brilliantly. I?ve been to MANY fast food restaurants around Montreal in the past 2 years, and this one standsout as being one of the best experiences to date between 2021-2022. Ofcourse, your experience may vary depending on the time ofday ? but I?m confident that any mistakes made would be properly rectified and handled with care. Keep up the good work! I went to get a Sunday icecream, waited in line in the drive in to be told that the machine was broken, a minute later I decide... to order with my phone and I was send to the same mcd to pick it up, I asked for an explanation and the you g man there had areally bad attitude , and the place was so filthy that I really did not eat the icecream. I'm fed up of this place. Writing a review because it's rediculous, not only they forget a hamburger for the... I can't even... count how many times, they also forgot the cheese in a cheeseburger that has a piece of paper that reads, "H-fromage sansmoutarde sans onion" IT SAYS UT ON THE PAPER. "FROMAGE!!!!!!!" Came here and was hugely disappointed! This ranks up there with one of my worst visits. The order I made was a mobile offer... (Angus burger with free Cadbury egg McFlurry). Ice cream machine Was broken so I did not receive it and I lost the offer. Didnot get refunded. Went as a family and many other problems. Wife lost her coupon for egg mcmuffins because she cancelled herorder. So, wife and I both lost our mobile coupon offers. The drink machine had warm soda and no ice available anywhere. Thefloor was very dirty and my son?s order (I ordered a bacon McMuffin for him) was given to someone in the drive thru window. Hefinally got it 10 minutes later but come on! Worst attention received on a McDonald?s ever. After waiting more than 10 min at noon they woman on the front didn?t want to... pick my command. In a very rude way she told me to place it ?on the screens over there?; I told here I was trying to place theorder on the app but that I was having problems connecting to this store to receive the actual order. After showing her thephone screen she grabbed it out of my hands, started bashing it with two fingers saying loud I don?t know what?s going on. Isaid don?t worry I already lost 15 min waiting here and I won?t be treated like this. I left to another McDonald?s, app workedright away.
