Waited in line from 11:20pm till 12:05am for an ice cream cone... and they told me after they close the machine at 12 am... Well... it wasn?t 12 when I was waiting and that?s just blatantly lying since I?ved got served ice cream there at 3 am before so?!?!?!?The waiting lines are atrociously long. They get your orders wrong frequently, and seem to be making up rules from time to timeas an excuse to not serve people. I?ve never waited so long for an order in my LIFE. This staff consistently drops the ball. They repeatedly messed up my orders,... and I?m always caught waiting for over 40 minutes when I come here. By far the WORST McDonalds I?ve ever had the displeasure ofvisiting. No excuses, this place is to be avoided at ALL costs. I have nothing good to say. Very bad service. Multiple times machines are not working and they only accept cash. Waiting long times in drive thru and then... what if you don?t have cash? It was the last time coming here. I would rather pay gas and go to a different neighborhood. Verybad cashiers with no customer service aptitudes. Zero on all counts. Read more
I can't comment on the food. However, we waited in the drive thru for nearly half an hour only to be told, when we got to order,... that they had turned the machines down and we had to pay by cash. This was well over an hour before closing, there was nosignage for this. This is a pandemic! We don't carry money anymore. The cashier said "Well, it's not my fault." Pretty annoyingexperience.
