Quick update: They couldn't even made my Chai latte frapper because they claim to be out of order so they offer us either a ice... coffee or the machine drink. No service, no slightest care about the cleanest or when they took our order. I went to themachine to make my order and then went to the cashier to pay in cash but the cashier make us wait several minutes because theydidn't know where to find my order. I want to eat dine in at first with my partner but we've changed our mind. The orders keepcoming up and the employees there aren't able to prioritize the food in order. They only do the quicker orders for example adonut abd coffee even if they come after us and several others (our order was a trios and a Chai latte). I don't think I'llcome here again. There is little service when it comes to the customers who got their order some mistakes and we got our onetrio combo + a drink 40 minutes later. Read more
I visit this location on October 28 2022 at 1:00pm , the cashier (male) was so confused, didn't know how to print a receipt ,... made me wait 10 minutes he said I will take care of your receipt after these customers, f Reallg bad customer service, afterserving clients he proceed and told me there's no receipt he can't find it in his system. Used mobile app to order. Waited for my turn at the drive-thru. For at least 15min for the customer ahead of me to receive his... order and drive off. I advanced to the window to be told that restaurant is closed and they don't have any food. The serviceduring breakfast hours is much better. Read more
Twice in a row, they messed up my order. First time, I noticed as I was dining in. (they didn't even apologized) Second time, I... found out only when I got home. I ordered the great Big Mac with bacon. It costs more than the regular Great Big Mac. Once I gothome, I noticed there is no bacon in my Big Mac. Be careful what you order! Edit .... Again worst management and employees, too slow, machine always broken, no icecream, no smoothie, no wraps after we... ordered through the app and drove their. It was not mentioned on the app. The fries is cold and soggy. .... We ordered coffee tobe picked up using curbside. However, they never came to give us our coffee and did not even gave us the receipt to use it toreport this issue on their website. Read more
