Incompetent employees, I orderded a McFlurry with Oreo and Smarties. Instead I get Oreo with bits of caramel, I ask the girl to... make another one she says okay after starring at me blankly in the eyes(as if she was legit retarded) , she says okay after a 10second awkward pause (while starring blankly). Ordered when there was no rush. Took 25 minutes for a chicken poutine and a smootie. The guy working the fryers almost gave my... poutine to another customer also. Edit: No hot sauce when I paid extra for more. No green onions. This place is a joke. I makebetter food while drunk and high. Read more

I mean, I understand that you must hate your life for working there, but it's not a reason to ruin someone else's meal. I've... worked in fast food restaurants in the past and still cared about how I served the food, it's basic decency. There's no reasonto serve me 3 nuggets instead of 6, give me the wrong soda and drown my poutine in sauce to the point it's inedible andcompletely soggy. Also, the nuggets were cold and so dry, they must've been laying somewhere for hours before they served themto me. Honestly, we all know McDo isn't the healthiest place, but how can you even make it worst, seriously? It's a shame.???? I ordered mc croustillant throught the self service machine and the kitchen never received my order. The lady at the counter... simply ignored me when I asked to see the supervisor. Not worth your time. Read more
