This has to be the worst McDonald?s on the face of the Earth !!!!!!! We waited more than 25 mins ,and to our shocking news... from the lost basket manager, she told us that the order has not been started on yet !!! What the heck !!!!!????????????????when I confronted her, she had no answer, not even an apology !!! This is truly messed up . Probably 20 people got their orderbefore us !!! The manager has such bad attitude to all her customers. She was definitely unqualified with title. The staff there has better... customer service than her. Food was fresh and well prepared. Coffee was excellent. This time, the ordering kiosk actually printed a receipt.
