I like to dine there sometimes, it's clean inside and the service is fast. The staff is really nice and respectful. The reason... why I removed a star (if the option remove half a star existed i would have done it but unfortunately it doesn't exist), isbecause my Iced coffee feels more like an Iced creamer than an Iced coffee. On several occasions they were closed when they should be open. This location is poorly managed. Recently my 13 year old came... home crying after she purchased food through the app. The app crashed and they refused to give her the food. I went back afterconfirming the charge on my credit card. They refused to give me the food that she ordered. I rarely lose my temper, but thiswas one of those times. Shame on them. Read more
Garbage customer service. To be avoided at all costs. They deserve to be shut down, as their ruining McDonald?s brand. The girl... taking the orders at the drive through is terrible and has no sense of customer service. She made made sure I paid first beforeinforming me the food is not ready yet and that I need to wait 15 minutes in their parking. Had I known there would be a waitperiod, I would have never ordered. One of the better McDonald's for your coffee fix. Dunno why, just better than the other McDonald's on my route. Pascale is a... star. At this exact moment the girl in the counter gave me 4 cold Apple Pie and when I asked to give me new ones she just put them in... the microwave without even giving me the option of having the old ones or a refund as they said that I have to wait 30 minutesfor the next batch. Worst service I have gotten in a McDonald?s in a long time. Staff isn?t friendly at all and I was standing at the cash for 10... mins and no one acknowledged me. A young gentleman walked by and I asked him if someone was working at the cash and he said noand kept walking to make coffee. I said excuse me did you say no? He ignored me and then came to serve me. I waiting about 20mins for a 2 coffees, a muffin and a doughnut. My coffee order was wrong so I approached the gentleman again saying he messedup my order and he ignored. Then I showed him my bill and he ended up fixing my order. So many people are walking in andleaving because no one is serving them at the cash!! Very disorganized and not a friendly environment.
