I waited for about 10 minutes to be served. I was the only person in line, but all the employees were chatting right in front... of me and not paying any attention to customers. I had to say "hello" somewhat loudly for them to acknowledge me. I ordered aten piece nugget combo only to find they didn't give me any French fries once I got home. I was charged for a FULL combothough. I know things happen, but I expect more from a company as established as mcdonalds, regardless of location. Read more
Honestly pretty alright for a McDonald's I've definitely seen worse sometimes the tables are dirty and the staff just goofes... arround instead of preparing the orders, but overall after eating here every now and then for the past 6 months, it's beenpretty good ???? Stopped at Mcdonalds and decided to get 2 junior CHICKEN sandwiches. To my surprise they forgot to put CHICKEN in the CHICKEN... SANDWICH. They also missed the drinks and other burgers I ordered. Spent $18 and got $4 worth of my order. When I asked aboutthe rest of my order, I was told to leave. Where's my refund? Read more

Poor customer service. Staff (He and She) will not insist that you guys are always correct. You guys may be incorrect. Today,... you made a fault for my order. And if you guys were wrong, you guys had to say "I am so sorry about your inconvenience" tocustomers. Did not you say it because I am the same Asian with you guys? I saw you (she) said I am sorry to an white person. Butnot me. I could not hear I am sorry from any body in Mcdonalds. This is the same reason why you get the discrimination fromother people. Fries came cold and burger came without cheese. Worst place in North America!!!! They have a lot of young people behind the... counter and they were too busy horse-playing around. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this place unless you aredesperate, and it?s not 24/7. Read more
The service was nice enough but there was 3 errors on this order, 4 including the fact that I ordered mcdoubles that came with... only one meat pattie, wich is really not impressive. And the previous time we've went, they didn't even have someone trained torun the cash register, we we're asked to "order online" which was impossible for us. This location is by far one of the worstI've been to from McDonald's. Read more
