I asked for a BLACK iced coffe. This is what i got. When i told the guy that it wasnt right. It look like theres a 1/4 coffee... topped with water.. He asked me if i wanted an other one, warning me that it would be the same. This isnt what i get everywhereelses in mcdonalds across quebec Read more

Burger and fries were cold, dare I ask for hot food, shift manager said NO! Wow! I got a refund (order was $7.34) she shorted me... $2. Thank goodness the customers in line vouched that I'd only received $5.34, she grudgingly gave me a toonie. DO BETTERMCDONALD'S! Read more

I ordered a large fries and I received half full bag! I went to tell them that and the lady without a single apology looked at... the sticker order on my bag and said this was at 7:13 and now it's 7:30 ! they deserve 0 stars for this horrible treatment but Ionly gave 2 because the store manager apologized alot and gave me another bag of fries. please make sure your staff are welltrained on how to speak with a customer! Great Mcdo at a great location !! Yes of course at peak hours it is pretty busy and a lot of people gather in a rather small... place but hey what do you expect in downtown Mtl ... On my experience the service is great and the staff is as fast as possible;)) also what is pretty great that they have morning specials like danish with a free coffee .. so you have both items foraround 2$ !! What do you want more ?? Good job !! Read more
