Terrible and poor customer service. Bought 3 dz patties and sadly the patties were not flaky. Pastry was dry and hard. Went back... to ask for an exchange because clearly it must have been a missed batch. Mr Wilson just looked at them and said sorry I am nottaking them back - too bad. I asked him why won?t he stand by the quality of his products. He replied well would Super C takeback something purchased from them. I replied yes: « sir they would! » « I am still not taking them back » He turnedaround and walked away I left the patties for him to « enjoy » since he thinks they are decent enough to sell. Don?t we allwish people would take pride in what they sell and stand unequivocally behind their products? Why is that so hard? I used to look forward to these patties, beef, veggies or chicken, regular and mini and when I go I buy a few dozen but this... last time could very well be my last! The dissatisfaction is too numerous to list, starting with getting sick after eating onethat was in the warmer for God knows how many days! Then all crust and bread crumbs instead of meat, bla! Bla! Used to love Mr Patty. Bought August 2022 and I can tell they put less filing and spicy. And as far as I can remember I don?t... remember them changing extra just so you can try one HOT? For example, at a pizza place they will not charge you extra forheating up a SLICE of pizza? Read more
I had the best tasting patties in all of Montreal so far at this location ! Make sure you get to go in the morning when they... open because that's when the patties are fresh and soft. I wish they'd add more meat to the patty. Please don't cut down on theingredients to compensate for inflation. Just like others in the reviews, I rather pay more for quality than cheaper prices forinferior product. Read more
1st time and I found the patty to be very BIG in size and value. I found the secret is to heat the patty either in oven, air... fryer or toaster oven. The pastry will be nice and crispy & fluffy. If you microwave, the pastry will come out tuff and a bithard to chew. I found the to patty pastry was very thick and heavy overtaking the filling which seemed mildly spicy. Maybe itwas the batch, but I wished there was more beef filling. Anyhow, these are BIG patties. Please, more filling, it would makethem so much more enjoyable. Thanks Read more
Am honestly disappointed. In the past, their beef patties actually tasted like beef patties. Bought a patty and I felt like I... was eating a bread crumb patty with little pieces of meat here and there. I don't know if they are attempting to save money bycutting down on the beef and increasing the portion of bread crumb but it shows in taste, texture and appearance. It looks verypale compared to how was before. Hope they go back to their old recipe. Read more
I used to travel from the end of the island just to buy a patty....the flaked crust, the beautiful colour and the meat that... oozed out of it was just wow! delicious. I used to tell everyone where to find the best patty in town. Lately I have been verydisappointed with the quality. The colour is dull and the meat is hiding somewhere in the crust, hardly seen or able to taste.It now eats like cocobread and patty. I am aware that the prices of ingredients have increased, even so, I personally would paya higher price for the quality you had before. Read more
