Bun cha ha noi. Order it and never look back. Ordered something else for my first visit and got a taste of this dish?s broth and... decided I would never order anything else. The meatballs are unreal, flavour all the way through, and the pork is charredamazingly. I dream about it and I?ve had this dish every month since I?ve moved here. Read more

New review: Great restaurant, food is very delicious. Portion sizes are perfect. You should try the fried banana dessert, it?s... very good! You can also add an egg to the dish. Overall the place is clean and the owner certainly takes himself and hisbusiness seriously. Very kind man, you should support this restaurant Old review: It used to be good. But recently the ownerchanged and now the portions are very very small. I wasn?t full and I don?t eat that much. I feel like you might need two dishesto be full. Now I think the staff are very nice and the food is yummy. Service is great. But portions are way too small Read more

Can?t beat the flavors here! Excellent food and excellent price. Some of the best pad Thai I?ve ever had. Red curry dish was to... die for a touch on the spicy side but I liked that. Spring rolls were full and delicious. Pho also was some of the best I had.Loved the hint cinnamon in it. Warmed my soul. I will be back!!! Read more

I ordered the red curry chicken to go. When I got home, I realized they must have gotten my order wrong because it was beef stir... fry(?) At least, I think that?s what it was. Very sweet and watery, almost like a sugary soup with raw vegetables, not even alittle bit spicy. I was kind of shocked. I don?t think I?ve ever eaten something so bland. Couldn?t finish it, just mostly atethe rice. The service was very friendly, and the place looked clean and nice. It wasn?t busy when I was there, so maybe I wasjust unlucky. Read more

Great food, friendly and helpful service. I couldn?t find a good place to eat in the neighborhood and so happy I decided to try... it. The Pho was great, just what I needed on a rainy day! I love that the restaurant is right across the church. Read more

Phoongrau is our new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Montreal. Nice location, nice view facing the beautiful church Paroisse... Saint-Vincent-Ferrier. The staffs are super friendly and keep recommending their signature dishes. And they were right! Thedishes are delicious! We had the Papaya salad, Fried calamari and Pho. The Salad has very tasty sauce, reminds me to the Papayasalad in Vietnam. The calamaris are ? huge. The phos are flavourful, not too heavy on spices, and it?s not very salty like insome other places. A friendly staff recommended his favorite desert, the Chu?i chiên - Fried banana and ice-cream with maplesyrup. Definitely will try again!!! We?ll be back next time soon, for their recommended fried wontons! Read more

It was an OK experience. The service was friendly and fast. However, a few improvements could be made: the pho noodles felt like... they were cooked a while ago because they were clumped together in the soup, the pho soup dish should come with fresh basil, lime and bean sprouts and the spring roll should come with a light dipping sauce. The chicken/beef plate was slightly dry asthere was no sauce. Also, the restaurant inside was very hot (felt like inside a greenhouse) - two doors were opened but itwasn?t enough to get a breeze or fresh air. Read more
