Great Pizza. Way better than the dried and cheap ones like pizza pizza or domino. The poutine is good and great value (under 10... for a really large one) it's not amazing but its good enough. Overall pretty good spot with a nice variety. My only complain isthat it gets pretty hot inside. Read more
After waiting nearly two hours for 2 pizza, fries and brownies, I called to see what was taking so long. I was told that they... never received my order I placed online, even though I got a confirmation from.them on my cellphone. There was no attempt tocompensate me or my time, not to mention the real lack of accountability for their poor service. I found the whole experiencedegrading. Shame on them! PLUS the order was wrong!! Missing fries. PLUS; our bag of brownies has been opened and 2 brownieswere missing. Never again. Stay away!! Read more
Decent normal pizza. I'd rate them higher but there is a minimum purchase amount for using debit. Lame
What I would call a duck restaurant! Why duck, you ask? Well, have you ever notice ducks swim, fly and walk ? Indeed they do,... but they do each of these actions with mediocrity. My suspicion with pizza city being a duck restaurant began with the name andlogo, then with the menu, that includes related dishes such as pizza and pasta, but also completely distinct food such as sub,gyro and pita sandwiches, fried chicken, onion and fries, arabic, salads, poutines. Next step is to add chinese and brazilianfood. Finally, It continued with the delivery of the food on generic all white pizza boxes and finished with the actual product,that confirmed everything the previous signs hinted on. Ordered from them for years and always enjoyed the pizza, though there have been little issues here and there. I'm not one to... usually write negative reviews because sometimes mistakes are made. However, today I ordered pizza and requested extra garlic,as I always do, but the pizza was so salty we couldn't eat it at all. Still, I didnt call to complain, figuring it was a onetime thing. But then the order taker called me to say my card didn't go through and they would send the driver back. Fine. Andso I took the opportunity to tell her the pizza was incredibly salty and she cut me off and blamed me for ordering extra garlic(salt). I've placed the same order for years and never had an issue. She was incredibly rude and defensive. I wasnt asking foranything, I simply wanted to inform them. Then I checked my bank account and the money DID go through, and she didn't believeme when I called her back. Texted a screenshot to the driver and haven't hear a word back from them. Needless to say, they'velost a loyal customer of 10 years. A simple sorry or acknowledgement would have been fine. Mistakes happen. Read more
They said I would get my food in 35 minutes, it took 75 minutes and they charged me a 10$ delivery fee for an address that is 9... minutes away. Fries were soggy, no utencils for the coleslaw, chicken wings were tiny and over cooked... never ordering fromhere ever again! Read more
I used to come to this place all the time, but over the last few years the customer service has become very plain. But tonight... is the night that has become the last time I will come here. I ordered a pizza over the phone, when I got there it took 5 minsto be acknowledged and there was no one at the counter. I proceeded to ask to get a fry with it. The girl turned around andsaid it would be 30 mins longer for a fry. There were no fries in the oil and with her rude behaviour this is the last time Igo here. Read more
Oof. Really bad service and bad poutine. Sadly didn't try pizza, but wouldn't recommend a visit.
