First time buying from this store the pizza was so great I had to try it again, I decided to try delivery fist time was good... second time not much toppings. Asked and paid for stuffed crust but did not get one. Disappointed
I came in to pick up my order that I ordered online. I waited on line and when it came my turn, I told him I came to pick up an... order that was ready (mentionned on screen: READY). He told me: NOT READY, I told him my name and my order says Ready on screen.He said it again: NOT Ready with a not professional tone. He then asked for me order and noticed that he made a mistake and thatmy order was ready. He didnt apologize but proceed with the payment. Read more
It feels like the people there are trying to lose customers, it?s unreal. Spoke to some guy over the phone to order a delivery... and I cannot even begin to describe how unfriendly this dude was. He quite clearly did not appreciate that I was calling for adelivery for whatever reason? By the end of the call, as I was asking about the price, he simply ended the call rudely as I wasspeaking. At that point I don?t even understand what I did wrong other than simply try to order some food at a reasonable time?At least the food got here after 30 mins or so but the food quality was horrible on top of the sad experience talking to somegrumpy man on the phone when all I wanted was some nice food and a relax Friday night. The crust is okay but barely any toppings. Its like getting a cheesy braed with roughly any cheese. They put the minimum of... everything and the service is terrible. The cashiers are rude. I won?t recommend this unless that?s the last option. Read more
They make the pizza really quick, never messed up the order and are most of all super polite and caring.
My bad luck led me to this place,called the owner and told him about the bad quality of the product he insisted that he did it... himself and they were perfect. I simply don't know what is the definition of a perfect pizza for him . I ordered 4 pizzas andall went to the garbage. Not to mention lack of ingredients, I just wasted my money and time. Used to be a great place but the attitude is terrible! I called 10 times no one answered . I placed an order online and called... to advice they had the wrong address and the guy was super rude and cancelled my order when the delivery guy was literally onthe way! Terrible !!!
