I ordered pizza and fries on a weekend. The fries were contaminated with metal ribbons. I called customer service and they said... that because I ordered through a third party service, they will handle compensation. I said I don?t want compensation, I want tospeak to the restaurant to let them know for safety reasons and to protect future customers. But he just handed me the corkpirate line and said to call them on Monday!!!! What the heck? Read more
The worst pizza pizza service to every employees, or maybe only to me happen in 6390 Sherbrooke St., West It pays $10 per hour... to me and in 8 hours I made some Money by delivering pizza By mistake I lost one receipt of order, which was paid by card, theydeduct it from my pay without checking their system, ( How did customer pay for that order). The amount of the order was half ofmy pay. 40$ plus 30$ for my gas (fuel) that day i just made 10$ in 8 hours (except tips) . ??????????? Very clean place. Amazing pizza and kind service. There is a special in this restaurant 2 slices for 6$, cheese or pepperoni.... They have a new menu for vege people, you can have like a burger made wirh plants, whole pizza with base on plants and vegetopings. For the preparation of pizza they are very fast here. Read more
Today July 9 at 19:30 I went to this Pizza Pizza And ordered a pizza. I waited around 30 minutes then a guy came and said we... lost your pizza and order another pizza. Even they didn?t apologize. Horrible service. They discriminated me by kicking me out for absolutely no reason while sitting down waiting for my pizza to be... done. I would like to precise also that while i was paying for my order, the person who was waiting for me to pay asked meironically if I?m going to take more time than that. Lastly when I asked for a tissue they refused to give me one I had to callthe manager because she refused to serve me as she should. This is the first time every eating at a pizza pizza restaurant ( not counting the pizza at Bell Centre / Place Bell ). And I... was quite surprised how good it was. The staff here were friendly and speak English. I really enjoyed there pizza. Also thereonions rings were good as well. There french fries were ok, nothing to write about. Tastes like all frozen fries restaurant.Only few small complaint are, the place is a bit small to eat inside, only 6 tables. Not the cleanest place but I seen worst.
