Honestly, I had great pizza here and awful ones. Weirdly enough, the pizzas were by new staff as they obviously add more... toppings evenly. I know 'cause I order at the counter and the kitchen is visible. Tip. During low traffic hours their pizzas aremore generous and better baked, in my opinion. Read more

Was rudely told without eye contact that the marinara sauce (which I payed for, while it used to be free since forever with the... half moon cheesy bread) was in the box when I gently asked about it, came home only to find out that I was randomly given a hotsauce which I hate. Is it not possible to get what I pay for and is written on the receipt? Another time I ordered fried picklesonly to come home and notice a complete absolute disaster in the box, beyond overcooked and pickles separated from thebreadcrumbs as if someone chewed my food and spat it out. Every time you order a sauce expect to receive the wrong one. Not only that, but it seems that Pizza Pizza make it a mission to... hire illiterate people since this total lack of care and basic effort to read a bill happens time and time again. Not only that,but orders being cancelled sporadically without a reason either. Id leave negative stars if I could. Read more
I come to this location (Park Ave) because they follow Covid protocols. The Jean Talon location was disagreeable to me... (in... May 2021) as I ordered i noticed the cook in the back did not have his mask on. I asked the young lady at the counter to askhim to place his mask on correctly. He pulled it up, BUT then came to the front counter pulled his mask down and spoke on hiscell phone, while looking at me. Like he was asking me to confront him. I could not believe this. Made me very uncomfortableand unsafe. I left the store, called the main number to complain, person said he would contact the store and get back to mewith a follow up. We are now December 2021, and no call. I did throw away the order, once I got home. And pretty glad I did,because for months... every time I walked by this restaurant, same cook is there and mask is still around his chin. You know, Iget it... it's hot. Walk away from the food, get a drink, get some air... come back with governmental required mask in placeESPECIALLY when the customer is watching you. Not sure what it can take for me to return there at this point. The Park Avelocation does much better... and this is why I go there instead. Read more
Like to go this place during the lunch time a lot, the staffs are really nice, pizza gets ready pretty fast. Most importantly,... the toppings, just love it. My favorite is the Tropical Hawaii , must try!!!! Read more
