Just ordered from this store, but the delivery guy was crazy.! He wasn?t giving my pizza cause I didn?t had more cash to give... him as a tip. So he was being angry to me. Not giving me my pizza. Fighting with me for tip. Very bad person.!! Read more
We went here because we needed to quickly eat something while on a trip and it was absolutely disgusting. The guy who ordered... didn't even have the minimum decency to tell us what drinks they were selling and told us to take a look ourselves at thefridge. When we asked where the napkins were, he simply pointed at them and made us reach over the counter as if it was beneathhim to actually hand it to us. Worst of all, he was eating parts of the pizza that he was making for other people and wascooking without gloves so he was digging in with his bare hands and then handing those pizzas to the delivery guy. I've neverbeen more disgusted in my entire life and wanted to ask for a refund right then and there. On top of all this, he was doing itin full view of customers as though there was nothing wrong with this and it was all in a good day's work. I honestly feel sorryfor anyone who received those pizzas. The vegetables on our pizza were also barely cooked and had a very odd taste as thoughthey'd been somewhere else or were about to expire before they were added to our pizza. The tomato sauce may have as well beenslapped on there without being cooked. It's clear from all the reviews here that despite the owner's apologies and requests toreach out to make things right, nothing has improved at this joint and the employees here have continued their abominablehygeine practices. My fried chicken wasn?t cooked in my burger! This alone is a reason never to eat here, but they also forgot ingredients, messed... up my order and made me wait an extra 10mins because they forgot to start my order. Terrible Read more
A disaster, unsanitary practices & abusive treatment. It took nearly 2 hours to get a "proper" pizza which doesn't even taste... deliciously for 27+ bucks. It's stiff, not even warm and they add toppings like if it were freckles or something. I give theguy tips and everything and he gives me a pizza that looks like it was dropped on the floor. The box was wet and easy to open,obviously tampered with. In truth, it should have been free. I call customer service and they said after much trouble okay wesend a new pizza. It comes one hour later more... Would have let it slide since hard days happen but the treatment of thedelivery guy and the customer service man was obnoxious. I can confirm for a fact this is the absolute last time I will everorder or eat Pizza Pizza products as they cannot guarantee that your food is properly cared for. I'm completely repulsed. Thereare a bunch of affordable great places in Montreal who actually know HOW to make pizza (i.e. Atlas Pizza) and be a bit morehumane. You deserve better. Read more
It was worst service that I got in the world in pizza pizza. The first they didn?t have a menu as a paper, I checked the menu... online. After that we wanted to made a order but the cashier( Indian lady) didn?t know what we wanted to eat and we showedonline menu to her. I was staying there till my order was ready, but they didn?t tell me about that. After 10 minutes after theoversee was ready, another Indian lady announced my order. After a late night out on Boulevard Saint Laurent, Pizza Pizza was our only vegan option. Thank you for making such an excellent... vegan pie late at night. I've always liked Pizza Pizza; however I recently move close to this one and it's another experience. The employees are always... extremely kind and smiling, this is really nice each time. Plus, they know me and my favorite order ! Probably not the best forme because I wanna go there kind of everyday ! I recommend this place for the persons, the hygiene and the safety feeling duringthis pandemic. Read more
Cheap prices, several vegan options including vegan cheese, sausage, pepperoni, vegan fried chicken bites and a vegan fried... chicken burger. Flavour is good. Service at this location is bad, it?s slow and rude. Read more
