In short, it's great. I was very skeptical when trying this pizzeria, since it is not a fast food restaurant, but at the same... time it is not a restaurant. But the pizza was very good, they have a great choice of toppings, the dough is crisp and thetomato sauce was a surprise. Every feel like waiting 20-30 mins for a pizza is too long? Pizzeria Bros finishes baking their thin crust pizzas in their... specialized ovens in 90 seconds! Look out for their deals--we recently went and got their 2 for $22 deal. There were 4different types of pizza to choose from. The pizza is always good and fresh--you can also add chili oil, hot sauce, or hot chiliflakes on top of your pizza. Our friend got the goat cheese (chèvre) pizza and then can drizzle some honey on top of thepizza! I've now tried their all dressed, pepperoni, and Saint-Jean pizzas.
