Beautiful location, drinks are tasty just as expected from presotea ?????? but i had to repeat my order (1 simple drink that was... on the menu) to get understood and then be told that they did not make it, that it was a summer drink only, but I get itmultiple times a week at 3 different presotea locations... So, I was left a little disappointed, but still happy of what I tookinstead. I also asked for white pearls but it seems like they didn't get that part ???? ... A variety of bubble tea! Very tasty! The place is nice, clean and welcome. I would give 5 stars, but there is something that it... should be done! To lower the music, being too loud the cashier is not able to take the order properly (misunderstands whatexactly you want). When this happens, instead of rolling eyes you should check or ask where is the problem! ???? The sweettaste of the bubble tea is now replaced by the sour taste of the incident. Good luck! Read more
Not a great first impression, their grand opening today was very disorganized. The employees didn't know the promos, and the... promos aren't clear/advertised correctly. I waited 30 minutes just to be told that the drink I wanted wasn't part of the deal(with no such condition on their website or in stores, and disagreement between the employees), and I wasn't even close toordering (I was 8th in line when I arrived). I know they have been open for some weeks as a soft opening, so I have to ask whatthey've been doing up to now. I left before trying a beverage so don't take this as a review of the product, but the serviceturned me off too much to ever go back. Read more
Finally a store in Griffintown. Brand new store, clean and super nice staff working here. Mango slush M1 can?t go wrong every... time. Brown sugar latte is so so so good. I learn something new from the staff that if your order any tea, they make it freshwith there expresso machine. Good to know so I can come back. Good luck with your opening. Read more

July 22nd 2022 at around 5PM. When placing the order i was simply asked what i want and i went for a Matcha Milk tea with White... Pearls. When i received my order i was surprised that the amount of sugar was so intense that it felt like i was drinkingdiabetes. Normally, when you place an order, the employee is supposed to ask how much Ice and Sugar you want, which wasn'tdone. I tried negotiating with the one who took my order and when she came back after speaking to the manager, their onlysolution was to pour out the drink and dilute it. Now here's the problem: if we take 30% as our goal for the amount of sugar,that means we have to pour our 70% of the drink, and they weren't going to replace the milk and matcha that was getting lost inthe process as well. So of course i refused and prefered to get a new one. I was ready to pay 50% of the price for notremembering to explicitely ask for 30% sugar (despite it being the employee's job) just to make it as fair as possible. Themanager refused and had me pay full price for the 2nd drink and didn't want to do anything, and that was despite the employeefreakin' admitting that she just assumed that i want 100% sugar since i didn't speak out. These people literally have 1 job. Andthey not only do a botched version of it, but don't take responsibility at all, wether it's the rock studded on teeth employee,or the small asian lady manager (don't know their name, so just going by description of what i remember). I was honestly unhappyoverall, and i left with a bitter feeling of being disrespected with the new drink (that i paid full price for AGAIN). With thistho, i'm not going back to this particular store.
