The atmosphere is great, however I contracted food poisoning after eating their salmon tartare. I can only assume that it was... due to the dish as I had eaten no other foods during the day and the symptoms were apparent overnight. On the bright side, itwas delicious and nobody else ordered it in my group so they were spared. Electricity also went out during dinner (I am awarethat that is out of their control). I would go again, but perhaps only for drinks or a pasta dish! Read more
Food is good, over all great atmosphere but waiters attitude destroyed the evening. They have attitude and begged for Atleast... 15% tip and told us he has to pay for our meals if we don't pay the tip and became rude. If they can improve this they willunderstand a returning client is more important than 5% extra tip. The waiters attitude was a it thick. Went here around 9pm. Some of their meals are 15 dollars after 9, which seemed like a good deal. The beer selection is really... good and they also have gluten free beer. The waiter seemed rude and uninterested in working. When I asked if their fries weregluten free ( some aren't if they have a flour coating) he replied well they are potatoes so... He didn't offer to check withthe kitchen or anything. So I ordered the salad as a side. It was just lettuce no vegetables, the portions were pretty small andmy partners pate chinois was not hot. Nice place, good music and atmosphere. But 30$ for a cold Shepherd's pie is dissapointing. All the right ingredients for an... awesome pimped out pie but cold mash potatoes is just not for me. Read more
Beer selection is quite lame. Food is overpriced; e.g. 23$ mac & cheese or pate chinois. Server could not care less as she... forgot to bring four and knive and made us wait 5 min for it. Lame. Read more
One dish was excellent, the other was cold and uncooked. When we told our server, she had the meal warmed-up, but it was still... not cooked enough (basically, raw potatoes). At the end of the main dish, we were never spoken to again (no desert, coffee,water). After 30 min of waiting, we had to call her out to get the bill. At least they didn't make us pay for the uncookedmeal. If it hadn't been for that, I would be going back. Read more
Love it. We had the best dinner here while we were in Montreal. Highly recommended. Will visit again!
