I am used to order form this Basha and the food is okay, but last time I ordered I was with my little sister at home so I gave... her the money to go pay the delivery guy. The food came and she paid the guy, but then an hour later the restaurant called ustelling me that we didn?t payed our food, or at least that there is money missing. I literally couldn?t believe bcs I was sureof giving to my sister the right amount of money. Like if there was money missing, why would you realize it just an HOUR afterwe received the food ? Is the delivery guy not used to check the amount of money received by the customer before leaving ?Anyways I do believe that they wanted to take advantage of the situation since it was my 12 years old sister who payed . Inaddition, she told me that the guy made her pay 35 $ and in the bill it was supposed to be 29$. They are not ashamed and whenthey saw that I was pretty upset when I talked with their manager, they hung up on me. I believe that I have nothing else tosay, really bad customer service Read more

Every time we go, we have the poorest experience. The employees are talking between themselves. Sometimes, they let you wait a... good 5 minutes in the store without greeting you. Last time, the cashier took the pita with the same hand he used to receive thecash without washing his hands. We go there just because the food is good, but the customer service experience is always awful. Read more

A great meal. i finished it all the potatoes on point. pricing for 5 people may be a little to high but we didnt take that in... mind. we loved our basha and we will be returning. They're very nice and generous with there plates. if you dont like beetrootor tomatoes just ask them to take them off. IT REDUCES YOUR PRICE!!!!! The establishment is next to a subway.
