Food is good service is exellent BUT! They dont have the vegetarian plate anymore ??! instead they have falafel bowl wich is... the same price but smaller and doesnt have no little yellow pepper no rice n lentils no little pankakes no pickled turnips noeggplants and no wine leaves ... ???? total dealbreaker sorry boustan unfortunately goodbye for now... very disapointed. Last time ordering trough Uber eats.. very disappointed.I ordered a dish from here today , since I could not go outside. Note... that the restaurant is 5 minutes away from my place.They handle their own delivery on Uber, so it?s not possible to get supportfrom Uber. I tried calling a least 30 times with no reply. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. You can at least pick upthe phone to tell your customers you are busy. I waited 2 hours for my food without any answer or update. If , I canceled myorder I would?ve have been charged for something I?m not responsible for. Food is food. You should be appreciative of someoneeven ordering at your branch. Nowadays, we have many options. I hope this problem will be fixed soon , as this is the third timeit happens to me. Read more

Asked for a mix meat plate and 1 shawarma pita. They made 2 pitas in stead. I still payed for all of it, cause food was good.

Probably the best , it's delivery and customer service is commendable. Sometimes i recieve the order late , but it's obvious... sometimes because of short staff.. we all need to understand. Today i politely asked the guys for an extra pita , they gave itto me . I realized it later that it was an extra fee . It's lol politeness it takes. I love the food, specially the chickenquality. Worst boustan ever. They make mistakes on your order. Won't say their wrong and even if you give them good tip. They will tell... you you're wrong. And Won't do nothing to fix the situation... even insult you when you prove you're right. Will insult you inArabic. Even you know what they're saying . Food is ok but delivery is extra trash. Delicious food and great prices, but takes a toll on my stomach. I want to be clear I've got an iron stomach... I very rarely... get stomach issues, yet the 2 locations I've been too mess me up the same way. I'm convinced it's their sauces, but idk I rathernot experiment lol. I've only ever gotten fully loaded falafel/chicken sandwiches with extra tahini and hot sauce. Edit:Boustan invited me to try a different item to see how it goes. Super nice staff, great customer service, delicious food, I amhoping I can come back here often.. time to find out! Edit 2: Hot sauce was definitely a culprit which is a shame because it'sdelicious.
