Hansang is a Korean restaurant that also serves Asian fusion food. Friends and I visited a couple of days ago and our reaction... was not the same. I found that the food was tasty and reasonably spicy, but I was disappointed by the small portions of thedishes that were put on the table. My dinner companions were disappointed by the taste of their dishes, but found that theirportions were adequate. My overall assessment is that the restaurant is in an area that offers many other choices and that itneeds to make an effort to remain competitive. Read more
They were very considerate with our family with kid. ?? Korean pancake is really good, same with Soontofu soup (spicy), mandoo... (dumpling) soup, and the jaeyook bibimbap (spicy pork and rice) is the best. One of the most pleasant service we've seen in allof Montreal. Read more
It's a little but fantastic gem in Montreal! I am pretty sure no other Korean restaurant is as fancy as Hansang. So impressed... with a great ambience and their super friendly service. The cutlery was very clean and the background music stirred some goodmemories of my old days, which was good as well. Everything was just awesome! Read more
After my Korean language course my professor and I went to Restaurant Hansang on Park avenue and we ordered one Soondubu Jigae... with pork and a meal of beef (don't remember the name), it was fantastic, so tasty just enough spicy not too much, tender. Alsoit was nice to hear my professor talking Korean with the owners. It's a real Korean family owned restaurant! I don't have muchexperience in Korean food but it was like having an orgasm when eating the food like in the Korean TV series "Let's eat". Istrongly recommend. This is my first Korean restaurant in Montreal, and I certainly would visit it often! When I saw the 5 stars reviews and tried... it myself, without any doubt, add Hansang to your list. Its location is a bit humble but the food portions and taste areoutstanding, and the prices are reasonable with a great service. Hansang is a little hidden gem!!! I have found this place in Google Maps when looking for top-rated Korean Restaurants here in... Montreal. My boyfriend and I went there and everything from the service and the taste of their food were ABOVE AND BEYOND myexpectations!!! I have reserved a seat for two and when we got there, they put us at a CUTE little seat by the window where wecan see people on the streets going about their business. When the foods arrived, I realized that we may have ordered more thanwe can eat since the portions were quite GENEROUS!! Not much places have more than enough portions like Hansang. The food wasSPECTACULAR and the side dishes were as GREAT!! After eating the meal, my boyfriend and I realized that we didn't have anyfeeling of being bloated nor food coma unlike the experience from eating at other restaurans.
