Food is great, quantity and quality - well worth the trip but bring your appetite because portions are big!! I used to come... here all the time before covid and the service was always impeccable, I'm not sure what happened but the last time I was there,my friend and I had to get up and ask for service anytime we needed anything. Usually a coffee pot is brought to the table foreasy refills, this didn't happen until we were finishing up and asked for a refill. We did not get asked how our meals were orif we needed anything. We had to ask the server for simple necessities such as utensils, refills, napkins, and even the bill!!! Read more

Walk-in to the diner around 10 am after a long drive. Ordered Tea + Salmon Egg Benediction. While waiting for my order I wanted... to use the handicapped bathroom ; however to my biggest surprise, the owner did not want to give me the keys - reason unknown! The breakfast miami special was good and good price. The orange juice was 5$ but I asked and can confirm by drinking it is fresh... squeezed orange juice so worth it. Coffee didnt taste much, if you drink one at home youll need 2minimum here. Good service andthe food came quickly. The place has its own big parking lot. Came on a friday morning and it was busy but there was no wait atthe entrance as the place is spacious and has an outdoor section in front. I recommend for breakfast. Read more

When it comes to the diner experience in Montreal. There's no place that is more reliable or that does is better by far.... Portions are hearty, the food is flavorful and delicious by standard of diner fare. If you have space left in your stomach,their generous slices of cake are a must. We ordered 3 simple meals. They were delivered sequentially instead of together. The simplest meal took forever and only arrived... after re-requesting. The bread ordered with it arrived after the meal was consumed and our friend ate after 2 of is had alreadyfinished their meals. Water was not delivered until after the meals had been "enjoyed". The server never asked if we neededanything else or if we were satisfied nor did he respond to the tip (we have min. 15%). GROSS behaviour to be clear. Only a firmcomplaint with the manager resulted in an adjustment. The kitchen failed, the server failed, the manager initially failed butthen had a change of heart. The buzz-girl was excellent. I trust or hope that this is not a frequent occurrence. As a visitorfrom out of province I am disgusted how my partner was treated and personally will not revisit ever. Read more
