AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! Very disappointing on many levels. We waited forever for the main courses, which came over 45 minutes... after we ordered, and one of the two was not hot, totally unacceptable. One main portion size of one was less than half of theother, barely a childs sized portion. When we questioned the plainly obvious short portion and the waiter explained that allportions are weighed, but that was clearly not the case. Also while this probably wouldn't matter to most people, coming fromNew York, the waiters English was very poor. There are many other very good high end kosher restaurants in Montreal, avoid thisone! When we walked in the restaurant I was immediately impressed by how nice it looked - super modern and comfortable. We were... warmly greeted and seated right away. We had made a reservation and still were given our choice of table. The menu was supervaried and we had a hard time deciding what to order - everything sounded so delicious. We ordered a few starters and a fewentrees and shared. The ravioli was delicious - wontons in a peanut sauce. The chicken spring rolls were crispy and fresh. I hadthe peanut noodles which were incredible. The veggies were fresh and the sauce was delicious. The steak was very tasty and theburger was amazing. We had other entrees that were brought home. Disgusting customer service!! Took over an hour to get my food and didn’t receive what I ordered. Restaurant wouldn’t take... accountability and claimed it’s what they serve. I’ve ordered from them before and it wasn’t what I had previouslyordered. If you make changes to a menu change it on the sites you deliver with to make sure customers know exactly what they areordering! Not rocket science! For me, the symbol of ahold restaurant is first good ambience, then good service and thirdly, good food. This place has all... three of them. From the moment we arrived it felt like a fine French establishment with an oriental flair. We were greetedwarmly, table were decked with white linen and the service was well suited. We opted for the peanut butter dumplings andedamame, both were exquisite and well presented. For the main course we had chicken Pad Thai and General Tao. Both main disheswere tasty and well presented. We had sorbet for dessert. It was an extremely pleasant experience and the best part is that itjust happens to be kosher.
