I was so impressed with my dinner tonight! We were a group of 8 that received the BEST service ever. I tried the Smokey Shrimp... Maple, Lemon and my husband got the Lobster Roll Brioche, Aioli. We ALL finished our plates and were so impressed with thequality of the food, the AMAZING flavours and the short amount of time it took to receive it. As others have said, the service here is a high point: fun and friendly. Matthew in particular was very good value. But the... lighting is too bright and the set up feels like a restaurant squeezed into a hotel lobby (which it is), so it doesn't have theatmosphere we'd wanted for a date night. The food was good, but nothing special: the truffle mushroom toast was excellent, butthe seafood was slightly over cooked and short on flavour. A good spot, not a 5 star one. Read more
What a gem of a place! We just took a chance on our first night in Montreal & it was such a delight! The shrimp dish was amazing... as were the potatoes & lobster roll. Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was amazing. Staff goes above and beyond. Our incredibly generous chef even bought our... kids ice cream and treats when he happened upon us afterwards at the shop next door. I was stunned. Best grilled cheese ever.Risotto was perfect. Read more
Order the Le Mr. Krabs (on the secret drink menu)! As the name suggests, Le Polisson has a mischievous atmosphere - decor and... staff. The food was good although not the night?s highlight, it was our waiter Charles. He was very attentive, but he was also areal imp! He made us a fantastic specialty drink since they did not have the ingredients for the Bikini Bottom cocktail. Thenight was a real pleasure, definitely visiting again when I?m in town. Read more

Long awaited date night with hubby. Honestly, the service was amazing. The host made us feel welcomed and took the time to help... us pick out a wine for the evening. It was refreshing to talk to someone that really loves his job. He was an excellentsommelier. We decided to go with the menu for MTL à la table. We had the chance to sit inside for our meal and enjoy ourdessert on the terrace. Food was amazing! Highly recommend you try this place out. Read more
This place would make you feel like you are in a cheap school cafeteria. The servers were more like those you would see at fast... food joints. We came here as most restaurants in the area were totally full. No wonder why this place was mostly deserted. Thesaving grace is that the tiny lobster roll tasted ok. Read more
