Standard clean chicken place, I believe they are still cheaper then st hubert. Choix du chef 8.99 on tuesdays is why I still go

Service is terrible. Been ordering from this restaurant for years. Usually you could change the coleslaw for an extra sauce, but... now they don't do that you have to purchase the extra sauce so we can throw the coleslaw in the garbage. They charge $1.49 eachextra sauce. Then we purchased the extra sauces and they don't even deliver it. Our food wasn't that warm either. I called therestaurant about the missing sauces and they said they will deliver it. After waiting 45 minutes we received the sauce, ofcourse by the time we received the extra sauce are food was completely cold. While we waited for the sauce I called back to makesure they were on there way and the lady laughed. This was very rude and terrible customer service laughing to a client. Theyhave never hear the saying "It take years to earn the trust of a customer & seconds to lose one" This restaurant has wentcompletely down hill. We will now after years of ordering from here our future orders will be with St-Hubert BarBQ. St-Huberthas just gain a new customer. Read more

Whole order was cold. Not room temperature. Cold. The ribs were stonecold and I had to cook them in my oven for them to even be... edible. And even then, they were disgusting and absolutely and utterly horrible. The cheese sticks were cold. The chicken wasdry and cold and tasted really weird, had to throw it away from salmonella risks. Poutine fries were stale and cold. Probablythe worst experience I have ever had. After looking into the restaurant reviews on google, I discovered that Im not the only onehaving issues with this restaurant. Ubereats should seriously consider removing this so-called restaurant from their platformbecause their carelessness is dangerous. I had to throw away the whole order because it was absolutely unedible and had toshamefully find another way to feed my guests. Read more

The food is great but their delivery is loooong. I have been currently waiting for over 2 hours.. I ordered at 7pm it is 9pm30.... No signs of the delivery guy. I called the rôtisserie two times each 45 mins interval and the waitress told me it is normal.Way slower than the Hochelaga one Read more

By far the worst BBQ Chicke I've had in years. Ordered 2 chicken legs which were overcooked and dry, the fries were cold, stale... and tasteless and the coleslaw was extremely dry. Ordered a chicken and rice soup as well and it was basically water, I couldcount the number of rice and chicken pieces in the bowl. On top of that, it took over an hour to get delivered and therestaurant is 5 minutes away from address. Do not recommend at all. Read more

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I order from this establishment and the food is pretty sub-par... from their competitors at St-Hubert bbq. They always tell me an hour for delivery, but it seems like it's on the hour and 45minmark. So my food both times came cold. The only nice thing about this place is the pretty little boxes they give, so it'seasier to throw out without eating. Read more
