Never will recommend to go there. I am delayed to share my review about how i felt being at this place but scrolling my gallery... I realized I must review them for not even bad but a BAD service. I had a trip to Montreal in the month of July and had myfirst meal with my family here on 30th July. I apologize for the photograph but the guy in red made it necessary as he doesn?tknow how to address someone. His tone is as if we are random homeless asking for food. He?s not ready to get you what he wants. If a employee doesn?t know the values of serving food to their customers in a food chain, he must not be in this industrythen. Anyways on the other hand, the white cap one is completely opposite, he is humble, kind and very much polite. I wish icould have still given stars only because of the presence of him there although the food DID NOT TASTE GOOD too. Read more

We went there craving Chaat and were not disappointed. Their Samosa Chaat is pretty good. We also had the chicken roti wrap and... the bowl which were both very good. The guys behind the counter were really helpful and answered all our questions. If you arein Montreal and need a quick bite this is the place for you. Read more

I have had food from this place multiple times, and it seems like their standards don't match up to what they gave in the... beginning. I came for their opening, got henna done. The food, the ambiance was UP TO PAR. Last time I went, neither did I getthe service, nor was the food any good. My friend got food poisoning. I am giving a 3 star because I know they have thepotential, and could improve. The festival scene has died down, probably why they aren't as lively as they used to be. I wishthey kept the food quality the same. Read more

Just loved it! We went in just to see what they are about and then upon checking the menu, we decided it's a must try. So, we... tried the mini samosas and a butter paneer frankie (wrap). My God, they were amazing. The samosas were really mini but weren'ttoo oily and very tasty. Then the frankie, truly amazing. You can customize it (like in a subway). Also, not too costly. Thisis highly recommended. Read more

Everything was amazing about this place, good service, delicious food, spices, everything. The staff was very patient and... explained us how everything was prepared and served, she even let us try the sauces to make our choices. We tried the rolls withdifferent sauces, amazing, totally worth and good deal if you order it in trio. Additionally, we ordered a chaana samosa, it wasan amazing mix of flavours, simply delicious! Very neat concept, in terms of Indian fast food. They make the naan bread in a matter of minutes right in front of you. The food... itself is very customizable and very good. Read more

Update: I'm thoroughly impressed by Spicebros' customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond for their... customers. I was contacted by their team and they not only apologized for the negative experience, but also offered me to refundme or provide a gift card and I agreed to the latter because I wanted to try Spicebros again considering how committed itsowners are. On my recent visit, I tried their main item the 'Frankie roll' with a garlic naan, and I could not have beenhappier. My bill was a little over the offered gift card amount but they covered it all! Speaks volumes about this company! Ivisited Spicebros today once again and was greeted by their super-cool manager Abby. I asked her if I should try their Cruncyburger again and she wanted me to give it another shot, and to my surprise, the burger was a juicy goodness! I've attached thepictures from my first experience to my other two - you be the judge. These pictures are a proof that this company cares abouttheir customers more than anything. Will be visiting again very soon! ________________________ Disappointed with my first (andsurely last) visit. I've been following Spicebros on Instagram for a while and had been wanting to try their crunchy/sloppyburger for a while. Finally had the chance to visit them yesterday and I wish I hadn't. It really seemed like this place wouldbecome my go-to restaurant but it was quite the opposite. I ordered the crunchy burger, a piece of samosa and some potatoes. The samosa did not seem fresh, but it was still tasty so I wouldn't question that much. The potatoes were fine, I'd give them a7/10, but the burger (which was the primary reason of my visit) was hideous. The bun was burnt from the top (picture attached),the piece of chicken inside was overcooked and slightly burnt from the outside as well and it was absolutely dry. I honestlygave up after forcing myself to eat 2/3rd of the burger and waiting for some sort of "taste." Unfortunately, I wi Read more
