The store was spacious and great to dine in. We ordered 8 chicken wings and half rack of ribs. All were served hot and pretty... good. The half rack of ribs was our favorite. Worse servec ever I always go there every once in awhile but this time ,i asked the girl at the counter to add an extra... coleslaw salad for my takeout order ,since it's all you can eat when you are eating inside ,she refused ,I mean what is thedifferent between takeout or eating on spot ,I find she can be smart about it and just add that extra coleslaw salad.. Today I had the best experience though a drive thru that I never experienced. First of all the person who took my order was... polite and professional.when I received my order,my order was exactly what I ordered.no errors wow. A friendly person with abrilliant smile even though she has a mask. She made my experience worth living. I will be visit every Tuesday for lunch. Ordered from this location last week, they kept the money and never delivered my food. You have to speak to a supervisor to get... your money back as they won't refund without it, but you can't talk to a supervisor unless you request a callback. I contactedthem and asked for a supervisor on FIVE separate occasions and they still won't call me back nor refund my money. I will behave to get my money back through my bank. This is unacceptable and this will be the last time I deal with St-hubert. Literalthieves. Read more
Ordered a simple double leg at 7:30PM for it to be ready for pickup at 8:15PM. My girlfriend got there at the time it was... supposed to be ready and by 8:45PM it still wasn't ready... Had to remind them that she was still waiting for it for them to geta move on... Nothing was done to compensate for the bad service. It's sad. They call it Express.. room for improvement. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Constantly getting wrong orders and staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. They... never greet you when you walk in. Today I ordered a club sandwich combo and asked if I could replace my fries with a soup. Shejust answered with "No." Confused I asked again, since I always replace my fries with a soup or a salad. The employee told methat was impossible. I said I didn't mind paying extra to replace the fries, I just don't want them. I still got fries thatended up in the garbage (because I said I didn't want them!) And (also today) my boyfriend got the wrong order twice. Never gaveme my drink that came with the combo either! Workers don't care when you bring these issues to their attention. Chicken isalways dry and bread stale. Avoid this restaurant if you can. Read more
