pathetic service. cashier spent ten minutes joking with a single client while the line-up grows
Since new owners have taken over it's gone downhill. They only give you half the meat, one scoop of beef on a12 inch sandwich. I... saw them cut a crispy chicken in half instead of putting 2 in the sandwich. The vegetables look like they were bought in the 50%bin. Lettuce is brown and the tomatoes look like a pile of mush. Actually it is surprising to me myself that I went to this Subway four times in the last week shopping at the Home Depot store.... First time got a cheese 12" sandwich, next times veggie patty & cheese available. Although I'm not generally a fast food fan,but after several years in Canada now I've noticed that apparently the only NA-style fast food chain store that serves normal(12 inch!) sandwich not tiny burgers is these guys, Subway! 4-5 young people at this store at different days were mostlyfriendly and sociable. The freshness and quality of bread, amount of salads stuffed in the large sandwich, varieties of saucesand salads 'to choose by yourself', specially that damn super hot Buffalo red sauce! :-), and unlimited drink in several flavorswere all satisfactory. Although giving you a 5-star here, Subway, I have a request and a feedback. Request: please supply yourbranches with more veggie patties (you lost me today at the store around Snodown because they were run out of veggie patty).Feedback: maybe a better decoration for this branch and find a way to isolate inside from cold air coming in anytime peopleenter the HD. A pretty standard Subway. Its gets SUPER busy between noon and 1pm as its mostly construction workers on their break then. Don't... eat there in the winter as the seats are near the main door to Home Depot and the doors open and close pretty regularly. Read more
This subway is dissapointing. The quality of salads I receive from this place is not worth the 10$+ I pay everytime. I've gotten... sick from eating here in the past. Today my salad tasted like the inside of a fridge. My veggies were not fresh and my lettucewas discoloured around the edges.. I can't finish the food I paid for and I won't be coming back. Read more
Was very awful service the worker named Sandra was very rude. Would not listen when trying to explain several times what kind of... sandwich and what to put on it. When asked to speak to manager she stood there rolling her eyes. Read more
Clean place. Cashier give attitude for nothing. Beef soup has nothing to do with the original. Bread mighty be not the... freshest. Small portions for toppings. Read more
